"It's okay," Elyon grinned back. "I don't mind hearing about other people. It's fun to learn about people. Is that why you like being a reporter?"

Regan nodded at her, grinning. "Yes, actually. I love to hear people's stories. Each one is always different." He looked down at his mostly full, battered notepad.

"I can see, if that notebook has all the stories," Elyon grinned. "Maybe it's aobut time you get a new one."

Regan looked down at his notebook, smiling sheepishly. "Well... I've had it for a long time, but there's still some blank pages." He slapped his forehead. "Sorry, I got distracted. Um... what have been your favorite experiances as a photographer?"
((Go ahead and make up some random events. I plan to end this RP thread by actually posting the article "he" writes.))

"The different places and jobs I get to experience," Elyon said, "It's a little surprising how many different jobs you can get as a photographer. I've gotten to travel a lot and meet so many new people." Elyon closed her eyes to think for a second. "I think the top of my list is this one time, almost right after I got out of high school, I got to go on this wildlife documentery. They wanted to have some still photos for a book they were putting together. I somehow managed to gain the slot of getting to go. The best experiance of my life. I pull out my scrap book from that trip practically every other day. It's one of my biggest inspirations to keep going with what I love."

Regan listened to her with obvious interest. "Where did you go on that trip? Most photogrpahers I meet only follow bands around. You're the first to follow animals!"

"We went to Africa," Elyon laughed. "The rainforests are amazing there. And I always seem to do things differently from normal. I don't care about the fame and fortune. I care about what interests me. That's why, next to people, of course, wildlife is one of my favorite things to photograph."

Regan wrote down the notes, still smiling. "Have you gotten to go to many other places other than Africa?"

"Not anywhere big like Africa," Elyon said, "Just a few cities here and there."

"Is there anything else in particular that you'd like me to put in the article? I'm up for anything." Regan looked up at her again, turning a page on his notepad.

"Not really," Elyon said, "Besides the fact it's been a lot of fun talking to you." Elyon pulled her camera from her bag and lifted it up, snapping a picture of Regan. "For my scrapbook," she explained with a grin, "I like to get pictures of all the people I meet. And I like them natural, unexpected. Poses ruin the feel. Hope you don't mind..." Elyon grinned shyly as she played with her camera in her hands.

Regan blinked and rubbed his eyes, pushing up his glasses. "What a flash that thing has..." He laughed sheepishly and adjusted his glasses on his nose.

Elyon giggled. "Sorry," she said, slipping the camera back into its bag, "I would have warned you, but then you probably would have done some pose or some fake, cheesey smile and that would have ruined it."

Regan scratched his head and laughed some. "I guess so... Anyway, last question. How does your family react to you job?"

Elyon shrugged. "The last time I talked to them, they were fine with it," she said slowly, "I kinda lost touch of them after my trip to Africa. You see, they moved while I was gone, and I never got a forwarding address and could never get the old town to cooperate and give it to me, so I haven't talked to them in a while."
